Syntopix Group plc is a drug research and development company focused on products for the treatment of common inflammatory skin conditions.
Our vision is to become a world-class company providing clinical solutions for important dermatological diseases. This will be achieved by creating a continuous pipeline of novel products for the topical treatment and prevention of dermatological conditions, principally acne and staphylococcal infections including MRSA.
The Syntopix strategy has been designed to reduce the risks and costs associated with drug discovery and development. We concentrate on change of use and combinations of known compounds that have a history of human use, with well-documented pharmacology and toxicity profiles. This allows a more efficient route through discovery, pre-clinical and clinical development and increases the probability of success.
